Vendor. - Technology
Vanguard for the Property: RTG's main focus will be
the application of services that meet the needs and demands of multi housing residents.
Our proactive product development stance will result in services becoming available
in an MDU before they are available to the single family market.
- Unified
Tenant Marketing and Merchandising: The full array
of services offered in a property will be marketed under one common theme and
approach. The intent is to greatly simplify the role of the leasing management
and keep the properties free of numerous residential solicitation methods.
- Single
Point for Tenant Provisioning and Administration:
Multiple product and services can be potentially confusing for both the resident
and the property management. RTG will be the unified contact point for sales,
provisioning, and problem resolution. The property can count on continual support
from a single RTG contact.
- Exclusive Marketing, but
not the Residents Only Option: The RTG model is a
top competitive product offering rather than a sole product offering. The local
incumbent providers retain their rights to obtain customers in the normal manner.
The competitive offering is significant to the property in that it will require
RTG to represents superior suppliers, and it will eliminate the need to "defend
the property's service offerings".
The Residents Service Group program is the most effective
means for delivery of an ancillary income stream through communications.
The key to creating both a good retail value and a good ancillary income
stream is volume. Higher volume equals lower service cost. RTG will offer a large
aggregated volume based on a very high number of units passed, coupled with significant
penetration of the residents in those units. - RTG has the telecommunications
and video expertise to secure the best service providers.

purchasing power as a result of affiliation with thousands of properties and hundreds
of thousands of units under contract.

Professional management, distribution
and marketing of communications and energy services to Residents of Multi-Family
housing. Offering owners and managers new means to increase revenue and enhance
their properties. Through the use of an exclusive
marketing and competitive access agreement, RTG will manage the telecommunications
and energy-marketing rights of the subscribed properties. Acting in an economic
alliance with a large group of property owners, RTG will maximize the value of
ancillary income opportunities and ensure the availability of competitive communications
and energy services for the property residents. RTG will be technology neutral
and provide the appropriate services based on a property's physical structure
and resident demographics. By focusing on the resident's needs and being able
to apply the most current technology, a "win-win" environment between
the property and its residents will be created. SERVICES
SUPPLIED TO PROPERTY OWNERS - Economic Partnership:
The property and RTG will share in the gross revenue stream earned through the
sales agency or resell of technology and energy services. The share ratios are
variable. The important concept is that the greater the income streams the more
profitable the outcome for both the property and RTG.
- Non
Rent Income: The property and RTG will share in the
monthly income streams (commissions) earned as a result of a resident's consumption
of the services offered. Since RTG will only service products that are commissionable,
ancillary income will be earned on all purchases.
- Maximum
Revenue Assurance: Telecommunications is a fixed cost
infrastructure, thereby metropolitan, regional and national volumes significantly
effect the cost of services. RTG wills serve thousands of properties and hundreds
of thousands of resident. The economic power of large volume purchases will result
in an excellent value for the resident and a large residual income share to the
property. RTG offers a single source of distribution for all the communications
revenue programs available today and those that will be available tomorrow.
- Assured
Revenue Share Administration and Auditing: RTG is
borrowing the systems and administration developed by WEB service company over
the last 50 years of MDU service.
- Property Enhancement:
The ease of obtaining services, the value of the products, and the ability to
obtain the latest technologies are significant amenities and will enhance the
resident's view of the property.
